Bought this for the wife as an anniversary present and she loves it. Takes a while to get used to keys and menus etc, but it comes with practice. First phone delivered had a defective LCD screen and was returned. Replacement phone was delivered on the same day the old one was collected! No further problems. At present, we have just taken sim from our old Samsung using normal O2 data plan. Blackberry browser needs a bit of setting up when switching from wireless hotspots to O2 Active but I guess this will be better when I convert to Blackberry data plan. Overall, very pleased with this phone and thoroughly recommended.

Came much quicker than expected ordered it on Friday afternoon had dispatched that evening and came first thing Monday morning!!! Cannot stop playing with it its totally amazing a ten out of ten!!! Only problem I have is I wish the battery life was longer but thats probably a consequence of me BB ing all the time as well as downloading cool apps (doing all this my phone lasts around 2-3 days with constant activity!!) xxx

I have the Bold 9700 in Black and am already more than happy with its capabilities and power. However i have recently brought a Bold 9700 in white and it's a stunning looking phone. It's like a pearlescent 2 tone white, like paintwork you see on cars. Fantastic!
