Memory sticks/SD cards don't work, though. - Maybe appropriate drivers required? (Our tablet is still under warranty and not rooted yet.) We hope to test other USB accessories to see their compatibility... Upon inserting a flash drive into the female USB end,then inserting the micro male USB end into the tablet, immediately the Nexus media importer software recognised the new drive and I was able to view files and folders. I now have extra storage capacity for my new tablet where I can add films or photo's to a flash drive or micro sd and stream to the tablet. A very inexpensive cable that works and was delivered very quickly within days ordering.
